Our doctors are highly trained and experienced in advanced life support And our resuscitation room is equipped in accordance with ALS standards.
Local and International Medical Evacuation Service
IMSS is able to conduct medical evacuations from any location in Georgia, regardless of terrain or remoteness. In the event a medical evacuation becomes necessary, IMSS assumes complete control, arranging medical care, logistical support and coordinating the evacuation process. A professional and efficient service is guaranteed at all times through carefully planned and executed procedures.
IMSS staff has longstanding experience in national and international medical evacuation and aero-medical transfer.
Dr Mike McCarthy, Managing Director, is a medical aviation advisor and IMSS medical staff has experience in helicopter evacuations from within Georgia and internationally.
IMSS possesses agreements with Georgian Air Transport for transport and evacuation within Georgia. Additionally, we hold legal agreements with airstrips in Tbilisi, Poti, and Batumi and maintain fully operational medical facilities in these locations.

IMSS offers comfortable inpatient care when needed. With access to high quality diagnostic tests, as well as 'Tele-Medicine', our doctors in Tbilisi are able to benefit from consultations from doctors abroad.
